Architect fees are a tricky thing. Our expertise is valuable and we love to help people! It is important that we charge you enough to give you the top-quality service that you deserve. It is also important that we give you good value. We want you to feel like you received more than you paid for. There are several ways that we can design your Architect fee. Fixed Fees, Fees based on Time Expended, and Percents of Construction Cost are several common ways to structure a fee. There is NO right or wrong way – just the best way for you.

Upon submission of the form an Architect will review your needs, and offer a “guesstimate” of a fee and a suggestion for the best way that we can work for you.
Honestly speaking this is the way we earn a living and although we love what we do – without a fee we would have to do something else. Having said that – Most of our clients find that they are glad to pay us for helping them with their projects, and you will be too.
