Architect fees can vary depending on many factors.  Please describe your need so that we can quote you a fee.

The form below will assist you in defining the relevant characteristics of your project.  The more information you can give us, the more accurate your fee quote will be.

Architect fees are a tricky thing.  Our expertise is valuable and we love to help people!  It is important that we charge you enough to give you the top quality service that you deserve.   It is also important that we give you good value.  We want you to feel like you received more than you paid for.  There are several ways that we can design your fee.  Fixed Fees, Fees based on Time Expended and Percents of Construction Cost are several common ways to structure a fee. There is NO right or wrong way – just the best way for you.

Upon submission of the form an Architect will review your need and offer a “guesstimate” of a fee and a suggestion for the best way that we can offer to work for you.

Honestly speaking this is the way we earn a living and although we love what we do - without a paycheck we would have to do something else….  Having said that - we always hope that our clients are glad to pay us for helping them with their projects.
